Buying merchandise from WebShop @ JuniorKelly.com is strictly on 'CASH IN ADVANCE' terms. Place your order and follow instructions given in the separate window. We only accept payment through PayPal. No checks, cash or other forms of bank-transfers are accepted.

SHIPPING:

The shipping fee depends on which country we're sending the delivery to, and on the complete quantity of items ordered. The 'Shipping & Handling Fee' is automatically added at check-out, you'll see the total before you make your payment.

All orders are delivered as fast as possible. For people living within the European Community, you will receive your order within 5-7 working days. For those of you living outside the European Community, you can expect your order within 5-14 days.

RETURNS:

If there is an error on our part (ie: shipped wrong size, color, or product), we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We will send the correct item, right away after we have recieved your returned goods, without charging for shipping.

You may return any unwanted item within 14 days of purchase as long as it's in the same condition as when shipped. Drop an e-mail to: webshop@juniorkelly.com and tell us what you'd like instead. Shipping charges will apply for all unwanted items.
